Ministry To Our Teens The journey for young people to adulthood is admittedly challenging. The story of Jesus as a boy “escaping his parents” to enter the Temple to hear and teach the word is at the center of this program, The Journey to Adulthood program is a comprehensive approach for young people to join with adults other than their parents to take on the serious work of becoming adults of faith. Young Episcopalians in Service: YES is a mentor-based program helps older teens (8th – 12th grades) to discern and carry out a ministry within their church or in the larger community. Vocation and development of a personal credo are also emphasized.
